You will be responsible for the end-to-end cyber security operations of our manufacturing environment. You will manage, optimize, and execute the deployment, operations, and maintenance of our cyber security technology and reporting systems. You will apply an Agile methodology to conduct continual security posture improvement, increase automation capabilities, decrease manual steps, and improve investigations, all while ensuring the cyber and environment are running securely. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Oversee and execute platform operations.&nbsp;</em>You will be responsible for the operation, tuning, continuous improvement and - where applicable - automation of our DFIR (Detection, Forensics and Incident Response) tools and platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>Positively impact operational excellence.&nbsp;</em>You will maintain KPI and performance measures across the Business Technology Solutions functional areas and provide regular updates and reporting.</li> <li><em>Lead the development and implementation of a system-wide information security program.</em>&nbsp;You will ensure the organization is physically and logically well postured to weather cyber attacks and security issues. You will:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Create and implement processes that rapidly identify, address, and resolve information security risks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and implement effective and reasonable policies and procedures to secure data in accordance with business, legal, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Work with the Security Operations Team to provide oversight and guidance on the tools and technologies needed to support active incidents, eliminate false positives, and ensure appropriate data enrichment.</li> <li>Initiate ongoing learning programs leveraging tools such as Knowbe4.</li> <li>Implement a SIEM to ensure the appropriate operational logging and monitoring is met, reported on, and actioned.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Design an audit strategy.</em>&nbsp;You will develop and execute a plan for dealing with an increasing number of customer and 3rd party audits, compliance checks and assessment procedures. You will define audit scope and timelines with internal and external parties and facilitate the audit process to ensure successful outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>Lead the system-wide information security compliance program.&nbsp;</em>You will ensure IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>Be strategic.</em>&nbsp;You will recommend programmatic and technical directions and operate with a high degree of independence in matters relating to the investigation, impact, and analysis of security incidents, decisions regarding risk, and measures for computer and network security.</li> <li><em>Manage relationships.</em>&nbsp;You will develop and maintain third-party relationships associated with security services such as Microsoft Security and KnowBe4, including performance management and SLAs for each partner. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external audit entities.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring to the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>The expertise.</em>&nbsp;You have practical knowledge of security risk management frameworks and compliance practices. You have experience in conducting risk assessments of varying scope across a diverse organization. You understand the fundamentals of security operations in the cloud and on-premise systems. You are:Continuously updating your knowledge of common security standards and regulations (NIST, ISO27K, SOC, PCI, etc.)&nbsp; <ul> <li>Capable of developing pragmatic approaches to solve for the requirements of those standards and regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Adept at identifying and delivering efficiency across those standards to maximize return on investment.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>The interpersonal skills.</em>&nbsp;You can build and nurture internal and external relationships across any level of an organization.
