We rely on our warehouse associates to take ownership and play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly, acting as the liaison between front-of-house, sales, service and the warehouse.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>Whether you have worked in the rehabilitation and mobility space in the past or you are looking to jump headfirst into a new career, this is an opportunity for someone who doesn&rsquo;t like to be constantly stuck behind a desk. You are a process driven individual who is meticulous about receiving, shipping, inventory management and general warehouse organization. You are also someone who can assemble and fix mechanical issues with wheelchairs and mobility equipment while keeping a meticulous record of the parts you used and the products you handled. You are able to play a contributing role in delivery and pick up of mobility and accessibility equipment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Shipping and Receiving Inventory.</strong>&nbsp;Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients. As a result, we rely on our warehouse workers to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Working with our shipping software, Navision, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods and mobility equipment. This will include creating shipping orders and labels, packing custom orders, pulling inventory from shelves, cross docking of orders from other locations, ensuring courier pick up, receiving goods from suppliers or vendors and making certain the delivery was correct and undamaged.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Process Mobility Devices and Equipment.&nbsp;</strong>You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock. Using our pump trucks and flatbeds you will store, organize and manage our inventory. You will tag, price, store and organize all mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse. This may require assisting to build or clean mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment and power scooters.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Sales Support.</strong>&nbsp;You will use Navision to track inventory movement. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure sales orders are completed accurately and timely and that receiving of all inventory is meticulously coordinated.</li> <li><strong>Service Support</strong>. You will assemble and do some basic trouble shooting and repairs of mobility and accessibility equipment. You will also do deliveries and pick-ups of equipment and be an extra set of hands for some service calls.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Roll up your sleeves.</strong>&nbsp;You will assist your team whenever needed. Whether that&rsquo;s interacting with a customer or helping other team members, you are ready, willing and able to jump into the next task that needs your attention.</li> </ul>

You can work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You have an aptitude for hands-on, mechanical work. Experience using Outlook and Navision in a warehouse setting and having a forklift certification would be considered assets.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Communication Skills.</strong>&nbsp;You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills.&nbsp;</strong>You are a handy person who knows their way around a wrench. You have the ability to make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and can assemble and disassemble equipment with ease. You can participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Additional Must Have Requirements.&nbsp;</strong>You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable. You also have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join?
