This is a greenfield opportunity to scope out new projects and play a critical role on a new team created in response to a company-wide, cross-country reorganization. This is the chance to introduce and implement a process driven mindset into the organization and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and implement key strategic projects, focusing on inventory and warehouse management. You will own and drive improvement projects with the goal of improving quality, reducing costs, increasing productivity and improving cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inventory &amp; Analysis</span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result we rely on our warehouse to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Work closely with the regions and head office to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a role model. You will exemplify excellence in continuous improvement (CI). You will identify opportunity, develop sustainable targets and embed practices within the business. You will work with leadership to create an environment for learning, team goal alignment and accountability removing barriers to these objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Report. You will liaise with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a project. You will provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. </span></li> </ul>
