This is a greenfield opportunity to scope out new projects and play a critical role on a new team created in response to a company-wide, cross-country reorganization. This is the chance to introduce and implement a process driven mindset into the organization and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Your work may include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The simplification and standardization of inventory management and baseline inventory practices.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Development and implementation of an effective inventory control strategy to minimize waste and inventory variances</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Development of nationwide KPI&rsquo;s for inventory and warehouse management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design, creation and implementation of documentation including warehouse SOP&rsquo;s, processes and policies</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You want to join a national organization undergoing an exciting period of transformation. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and implement key strategic projects, focusing on inventory and warehouse management. You will own and drive improvement projects with the goal of improving quality, reducing costs, increasing productivity and improving cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inventory &amp; Analysis</span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result we rely on our warehouse to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Work closely with the regions and head office to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a role model. You will exemplify excellence in continuous improvement (CI). You will identify opportunity, develop sustainable targets and embed practices within the business. You will work with leadership to create an environment for learning, team goal alignment and accountability removing barriers to these objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Report. You will liaise with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a project. You will provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. </span></li> </ul>

You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and can relay complex concepts to audiences at any level, gaining trust and nurturing a collaborative team approach.
