Right now we are adding a&nbsp;<strong>Warehouse Manager</strong>&nbsp;to our team in Toronto. We need a detail-oriented individual who shares our passion for enriching the lives of the clients we work with to take up this position.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You&rsquo;re a team player who&rsquo;s ready to step up and take control of inventory management and warehouse operations. You&rsquo;re driven by efficiency and constantly look for new ways to improve processes. You&rsquo;re comfortable working with individuals company-wide and are eager to collaborate with them.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Inventory Management.&nbsp;</strong>You will collaborate with the warehouse team to perform inventory analysis and will ensure equipment is in stock. You will keep up to date records of inventory and ensure data is well organized.</li> <li><strong>Order Fulfillment.</strong>&nbsp;You will oversee client orders; tracking and monitoring them from start to finish. You will ensure orders are: <ul> <li>Built to specification</li> <li>Properly assembled</li> <li>Delivered to clients on time</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>People Management.</strong>&nbsp;You will clearly communicate expectations to your team, as well as plan, monitor, and review their work. You will analyze process workflow; developing solutions and strategies that will increase efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Customer Support.</strong>&nbsp;You will act as the liaison between internal departments and our customers. You will share customer issues with the operations team and design processes that will facilitate the best customer experience.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The Education and Experience.</strong>&nbsp;You have 1-2 years of experience as an inventory or warehouse supervisor and have experience managing the KPIs of a team. You have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field. Working knowledge of medical equipment and supplies and a Lean6Sigma Green or Black belt are assets.</li> <li><strong>The Technical Skills.</strong>&nbsp;You can pick up new technologies quickly and are comfortable with basic software and database entry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>The Communication Skills.</strong>&nbsp;You are well spoken and not afraid to pick up the phone, compose an email or have a conversation with internal teams at any level. You are comfortable taking on an assertive position with the sales team while continuing to support their end goals.</li> <li><strong>Flexibility.</strong>&nbsp;You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You are a true team player.</li> <li><strong>Additional Must Have Requirements.</strong>&nbsp;You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable. You have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a clean driver&rsquo;s abstract.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join?
