Responsibilities: <strong>What you'll do as the IT Sales Professional<br /><br /><br /></strong> <ul> <li>Prospect, educate, nurture, qualify, and develop target prospects - over the telephone, via email, or through web chat software- to discuss our value proposition and lines of business.</li> <li>Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more.</li> <li>Develop creative tactics, campaigns, and strategies to reach target prospects; schedule qualified discovery calls with said target prospects; generate qualified meetings for Account Executives following preliminary qualifications.</li> <li>Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects in order to recommend the best solutions.</li> <li>Build and manage a target list of new companies from various industries and perform outreach to find people that have a website, mobile application, or enterprise development project that needs a technology partner.</li> <li>Update and track prospect leads and opportunities in our CRM system. We use HubSpot.</li> <li>Source, prospect, and track client contacts to identify key decision-makers in order to introduce our development and placement services. Sell from initial stages through close.</li> <li>Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research, and recommend new opportunities.</li> <li>Conduct weekly update and forecast calls with your manager. &middot; Consistently achieve monthly activity goals, primarily client Zoom meetings and job order generation.</li> <li>Work with project management to help with contract negotiation.</li> </ul>

You are adept at managing your own time and work output but understand how your role and actions may affect the entire team.</li> <li><em>Meticulous</em>. You possess a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. We have a lot of moving parts here. You need to be able to stay on top of the different components and drive the bus with the client and team.</li> <li><em>True</em>. You show up at 100%.
