Overview: Our West Trenton, Workers Compensation Claims team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for their Electronic Data Management (EDM) Supervisor opening.<br /><br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Administer annual performance evaluations for the Workers Compensation Claims Electronic Document Management staff.</li> <li>Follow-up with staff on various duties including deadlines, new projects, and performance goals. Monitor and approve attendance and PTO requests for the WCC EDM department.</li> <li>Responsible for providing research and performing duties related to scanning, storing and retention of WCC documents for the Workers' Compensation department.</li> <li>Perform duties within in programs such as the SharePoint court portal and Courts Online to provide support to the WC Legal Department.</li> <li>Resolve inquiries concerning claim petitions, to ensure that court lists are prepared for the Workers Compensation attorneys.&nbsp; This will allow the WC attorneys to file answers to the claim petitions within 30 days.</li> <li>Access courts online and import legal documents such as Claim Petitions.</li> <li>Convert electronic files to various electronic formats.</li> <li>Split, copy, scan or merge electronic documents when necessary.</li> <li>Review and identify incoming mail.</li> <li>Review classify and index documents by assigning the appropriate keywords.</li> <li>Importing documents into appropriate claim files.</li> <li>Keep EDM management properly apprised of current or anticipated issues or concerns.</li> <li>As part of business continuity and CAT planning, assist by performing tasks such as FNOL claim entry, IME scheduling and various other CAT tasks as needed.</li> <li>Work on additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -34px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
