Overview: NJM is excited to extend a full-time professional opportunity for you to join our contact center team and become a Licensed Insurance Agent! You will earn $45,000 annually. You will experience top-quality paid remote work training to prepare you for this position in Personal Lines Insurance.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Deliver a high-quality customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM&rsquo;s products.</li> <li>Provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs and administer transactions when necessary.</li> <li>Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets.</li> <li>Provide procedurally accurate, effective, and independent response to all new and existing business inquiries related to Personal Lines insurance.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong computer and navigation skills including proficiency in Outlook</li> <li>Accurate keyboarding skills</li> <li>Superior listening skills</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking ability</li> <li>Prior customer service or contact center experience is beneficial</li> <li>High-speed Internet and a working home phone line</li> <li>Quiet, distraction-free work area at home</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Bilingual skills are valued</li> </ul> <br />HOURS<br /><br />Monday-Saturday 9:45 am-6:00 pm (Sunday and one additional weekday off) (5% Shift Differential)<br /><br />OR<br /><br />Monday-Friday Delayed 12:30 pm-9:0 0pm Plus one Saturday a Month 8:30 am-4:45 pm(15% shift differential)
