Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Deliver a superior customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM&rsquo;s Personal Lines products in a contact center environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow up on leads through outbound phone calls as defined by the sales process. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets.</p> </li> </ul>
