Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Deliver a superior customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM&rsquo;s Personal Lines products in a contact center environment.</li> <li>Provide coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs.</li> <li>Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling.</li> <li>Follow up on leads through outbound phone calls as defined by the sales process.</li> <li>Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals/targets.</li> </ul>
