Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Credit research on multiple asset sectors including corporate bonds, municipals, ABS, MBS and private credit</li> <li>Buy/Hold/Sell recommendations on existing and prospective investments</li> <li>Trading of fixed-income securities under the direction of fixed-income portfolio manager</li> <li>Monitoring primary and secondary market activity on a daily basis</li> </ul>
Requirements: Required Experience:<br /> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in fixed-income research/analysis</li> <li>Proficient in Excel and Bloomberg</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and expertise</li> </ul> Education/Designations:<br /> <ul> <li>Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required</li> <li>Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field required</li> </ul> Required Competencies:<br /> <ul> <li>Solid written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Interacts effectively with all levels within the organization. Inspires trust and confidence.</li> <li>Able to create documents, reports, presentations and graphs and present them to various audiences as needed.</li> <li>Is open to new ideas and proactively looks for enhancements to work processes and procedures.</li> <li>Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>High level of integrity and strong ethical standards.</li> </ul>
