Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Think creatively to prepare high quality concepts, design and layout for marketing materials such as brochures, direct mail pieces, policyholder communications, infographics, business cards, posters, presentations</li> <li>Prepare design materials in accordance with NJM&rsquo;s brand standards</li> <li>Prepare materials for print</li> <li>Maintain knowledge and keep apprised of current design software and trends</li> <li>Proactively seek assignments or assist other team members with projects as needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Associates&rsquo; or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li> <li>3-5 plus years&rsquo; experience in Graphic design</li> <li>Up to date and proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft products</li> <li>Must have a high level of computer competency and excellent verbal and writing skills</li> <li>Photography skills and/or experience is a plus</li> <li>Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often working under tight deadlines</li> <li>Must be comfortable managing multiple drafts of projects to the client&rsquo;s satisfaction and final approval</li> <li>Maintain flexibility in receiving constructive feedback</li> <li>Attend meetings and have the ability to work in a team and independently</li> <li>Must have strong organizational and time management skills, be detail oriented and have decision making capabilities</li> </ul>
