Overview: Our West Trenton office is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for their Electronic Data Management Clerk opening.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Verify electronic images are legible and identify documents that need to be rescanned.</li> <li>Convert electronic files to the proper file format.</li> <li>Merge or split documents where necessary.</li> <li>Index and classify documents by assigning the appropriate keywords.</li> <li>Confirm the document type and extracted keyword values by viewing the image.</li> <li>Make corrections to the document type and/or keyword values.</li> <li>Research the correct line of business for certain keyword values not provided on documents.</li> <li>Effectively respond to questions, seek clarification when necessary, and keep management apprised of current or anticipated issues.</li> <li>Complete assigned clerical duties, including but not limited to, answering department phone calls, assisting adjusters with claim-related tasks, ordering supplies and participating in special projects or initiatives.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Strong PC skills, including accurate data entry and typing ability.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Customer service experience.</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task.</li> <li>Detail oriented.</li> <li>Previous experience with ClaimCenter is a plus.</li> <li>High School diploma or GED.</li> </ul>
