Team members are offered competitive compensation. <br /><br />NJM's Appraisal Department is seeking to fill an Inside Auto Appraiser position in our West Trenton, NJ office.
Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:<br /> <ul> <li>Estimating parts and labor to repair the damage, using standard automotive labor and parts-cost software</li> <li>Creating estimates based on photos provided through the Company&rsquo;s mobile application</li> <li>Desk handling of Supplements negotiated based on Company guidelines and applicable law</li> <li>Reviewing final estimates with the automobile repair shop to secure agreement on the cost of repairs</li> <li>Assisting the Quality Assurance Department in estimate auditing when needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: Required Qualifications and Experience:<br /> <ul> <li>Excellent time management, verbal communication and organization skills</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required</li> <li>Multi-tasking, problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making abilities</li> <li>Technical aptitude, including a working knowledge with estimating systems, preferably CCC One</li> <li>Body Shop experience and/or related insurance experience required</li> <li>Valid PA Appraisers License is preferred or will be required to obtain after hire NJM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
