Overview: Our Medical Services Administration Department has a Summer Intern opportunity available at our West Trenton, NJ location. Student will gain work experience while performing meaningful tasks and projects in the department. Will be part of a structured program that will provide you with challenging work assignments/projects, an overall view of the business & strategy, networking opportunities and an opportunity to develop critical workskills.
Responsibilities: Intern will triage production issues, assist in project and UAT planning and will create job aids.
Requirements: <ul> <li>MS Office skills</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to document departmental workflows in Visio and Word</li> <li>Ability to assist with process training documentation</li> <li>Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills</li> <li>Currently a matriculated college sophomore or junior</li> <li>Open to students getting their Bachelor's degree in any major</li> <li>Maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher</li> <li>Self-directed learner with the ability to learn quickly and pursue an Internship with enthusiasm and focus</li> <li>Detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional demeanor</li> <li>Ability to pass an NJM pre-employment background check and drug test</li> </ul>
