Overview: Our Facilities Operations Department has a Summer Intern opportunity available at our West Trenton, NJ location. Student will work on the Space Planning team to gain work experience while performing meaningful tasks and projects for the business. Will be part of a structured program that will provide you with challenging work assignments/projects, an overall view of the business & strategy, networking opportunities and an opportunity to develop critical workskills.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to assist in performing interior design assignments in all aspects of projects, including: space planning, cad detailing, furniture specifying and selection, as-built drawing updates, plan review, color scheme selection, data gathering, and other tasks.
Requirements: <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Industrial Design concentrating in office space design</li> <li>Currently a matriculated student finishing sophomore or junior year</li> <li>Maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office</li> <li>Intermediate level AutoCAD skills</li> <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li> <li>Pass NJM pre-employment background check and drug test</li> </ul>
