Overview: Based in our West Trenton, New Jersey corporate headquarters, the Recruitment Marketing Specialist will bring modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent to NJM Insurance Group. Using your in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Marketing practices, the successful candidate will have the rare opportunity of using their years of marketing knowledge and experience to help build the Recruitment Marketing function from the ground up in collaboration with Human Resources and Marketing and Communications Department.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <div><strong>Recruitment Marketing</strong></div> <ul> <li>Plan and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and correspondence&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community&nbsp;</li> <li>Market and promote on and off-site company recruiting events</li> <li>Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, including career fairs or on-campus recruiting events&nbsp;</li> <li>Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div><br /><strong>Content Development/Content Management</strong></div> <ul> <li>Suggest improvements to the Careers section of the NJM.com corporate site&nbsp;</li> <li>Create engaging job descriptions and social media content, and refresh content as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor social media activity on employment-related websites, such as Glassdoor and Indeed, about the company</li> <li>Suggest new ideas for improving candidate/applicant experience and engagement&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div><br /><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></div> <ul> <li>Communicate regularly with Talent Acquisition to get a clear view of company&rsquo;s hiring needs and organizational goals&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with HR/Talent Acquisition leadership to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on researching and making recommendations to further advance the Recruitment Marketing function (best practices, technology, etc.)</li> <li>Collaborate&nbsp;regularly with Marketing to understand and maintain organizational guidelines around branding, social media usage, and other external resources</li> <li>Assist in other areas of Talent Acquisition as needed</li> </ul> <div><br /><strong>Analyzing Outcomes</strong></div> <ul> <li>Track, measure, and report on campaign results for HR/Talent Acquisition leadership</li> <li>Generate monthly updates for HR/Talent Acquisition leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and maintain monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Five years of previous experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist is desired, but candidates with a minimum of two years of Recruitment Marketing experience with additional experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, and/or Advertising are also encouraged to apply&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or relevant field required&nbsp;</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing required</li> <li>Strong understanding of the recruitment processes and candidates selection methods required&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software required</li> <li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills required</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in digital marketing is required</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload&nbsp;</li> <li>Creative thinker and proactive problem solver</li> <li>Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is a plus</li> <li>Prior experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus</li> <li>Experience with a major CRM tool is a plus</li> </ul>
