Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)</li> <li>Coordinate with Lead to determine position requirements</li> <li>Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (resume and online profile review, phone screen, etc.)</li> <li>Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs</li> <li>Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks</li> <li>Promote our employer brand online and offline</li> <li>Strong relationships with diverse candidates to develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs</li> <li>Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities</li> <li>Partner with your team lead and colleagues to find the best candidate for the open positions you are working on</li> </ul>
