Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists within a defined territory</li> <li>Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach</li> <li>Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects</li> <li>Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals</li> <li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion</li> <li>Maintain frequent communication with existing clients and contractors to ensure quality control, continued and new business development</li> <li>Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the client</li> <li>Stay current on market trends, competitors within our industry and innovative sourcing strategies</li> <li>Network and maintain relationships with key client and talent communities for short/long term opportunities</li> <li>Travel regularly within an agreed upon territory</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experienced, with a minimum of 2 years of professional B2B sales, ideally with a background in the Technical Staffing industry</li> <li>Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact</li> <li>Analytical, yet able to communicate complex ideas quickly and in a compelling way</li> <li>Skilled at building strong relationships</li> <li>Adept at generating new streams of substantial revenue</li> <li>Excellent at negotiating and closing</li> <li>A skilled listener</li> <li>Proactive - taking initiative and following through is a must</li> </ul>
