In collaboration with the Information Technology and Professional Practice teams, you will actively participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of informatics projects, including the Advanced Clinical Phases of Meditech Expanse to improve clinical processes and outcomes.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>Work schedule:</strong></p> <p>Monday &ndash; Friday 0800 &ndash; 1600, with occasional off-shift requirements.</p> <p>Please note schedules may change due to operational needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>BAND G</p> <p>Range: $47.86 - $58.77</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Implementing and evaluating systems for clinical and administrative workflows that support interdisciplinary healthcare team activities.</li> <li>Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Collaboratively liaises with clinical staff and physicians, management, IT professionals, Finance, Decision Support, and Health Information Management staff.</li> <li>Identifies opportunities for process improvement and collaborates with others to enhance orientation and training related to clinical documentation and data utility.</li> <li>Provides guidance and support to users of electronic systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the systems within patient care.</li> <li>Identifies opportunities to integrate data utilization into quality improvement and practice change initiatives and supports data utilization by managers and directors.</li> </ul>
