The Clinical Leader is accountable for the day-to-day clinical coordination of nursing and non-nursing activities through facilitation and system coordination activities, reporting to the Patient Care Manager. As a member of the Surgical team, you will be responsible for the admission of and post-operative (phase II) recovery of both adult and pediatric surgical patients.
