Responsibilities: <p>Community Members serve in select Board Standing Committees and are not a Board Director.&nbsp;</p> <p>Oak Valley seeks to recruit board and community members with different perspectives, who embrace the community that the hospital serves, and be a resident or conduct business in the Oak Valley Health&rsquo;s catchment area. The organization would also like to attract board members who possess senior leadership and business experience and bring a wealth of governance experience in complex organizations going through transformation/change (either non-profit or for-profit).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: Of particular interest will be the individual's ability to be seen as a potential succession candidate and holds the ability, interest and time commitment&nbsp;to work toward a leadership role within the Board, including committee chair and/or executive functions at some point in your tenure. &nbsp;&nbsp;
