Responsibilities: <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE CAMPUS COORDINATOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide admissions advisement and meeting with potential students</li> <li>Process registrations and collect payments from future and current students</li> <li>Prepare class paperwork, student manuals, and other materials in advance</li> <li>Audit the student database system to ensure school and state policy compliance in regard to paperwork, student payments, student attendance, and instructor records entry</li> <li>Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the labs, classrooms, and office</li> <li>Provide students with exit counseling and prompt certificate delivery upon course completion</li> <li>Respond to student, prospective student, and internal communications within 24 hours of receipt (phone, email, mail, etc)</li> <li>Support faculty by providing training, advisement, and assistance as needed</li> <li>Oversee the daily functions of the campus and ensure that the school is operating within state guidelines and in a responsible manner</li> <li>Monitor for and respond to student complaints</li> <li>Report to higher administration on metrics for the campus such as enrollment, inventory, student satisfaction, etc</li> <li>Substitute teach as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHEN YOU WILL WORK</strong></p> <p>Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am-6 pm, based on school needs and candidate availability. Some evenings and weekends will be required.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
