Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will be doing as our Sales Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demo. You will travel to client sites across North America, in partnership with the Sales team, to: <ul> <li>Deliver Obero SPM product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients</li> <li>Implement and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborate. You share and gain knowledge working with: <ul> <li>The Sales teams to support the end to end sales cycle.</li> <li>The Product Marketing team to leverage technology, market and competitor information gained through research.</li> <li>The Professional Services team to compile client-specific proposals.</li> <li>The Sales Operations team to contribute to RFI, RFQ and RFP responses.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you will bring to the team and Obero:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The experience. You have 2+ years consulting and/or presenting Enterprise Software in pre-sales or professional services capacity. Experience with SPM, CRM, HCM, CPM or ERP software is an asset.</li> <li>The drive. You are motivated by challenges and can thrive in a high pressure, time sensitive and high reward environment. You are always current on the latest business process and technology trends.</li> <li>The personality. You are ambitious, innovative and collaborative. You are consultative by nature.</li> <li>The relationship building focus. You have exceptional written and oral communication skills. You believe in face-to-face interaction and you are willing and able to travel across North America to work with our clients. You can articulate the value of well-designed software that solves business process challenges&nbsp;to technical and non-technical audiences at any level.</li> <li>The functional skills. You have experience learning many different business processes. You enjoy finding the functional link between business processes..</li> <li>The education.
