Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Business Development Representative will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build. You will build our business by cold calling and following up on all inbound leads and sales inquiries. From analysing prospect lists to refining targeted messaging, you will reach out and peak interest via emails, LinkedIn and telephone.</li> <li>Collaborate. You will be part of a dynamic sales team, working with Account Executives and Marketing to gather leads and build prospects.</li> <li>Facilitate. You will use your tactical and problem-solving skills to navigate through organizations to book meetings that will result in closed revenue for Obero.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you will bring to the team and the company</strong></p> <ul> <li>An ideal combination of education and experience. You have a university degree. Every job you had while in- and out of - school has been in sales, it&rsquo;s what you know and do best.</li> <li>An organized and professional approach. From using Salesforce and following a methodology to balancing and prioritizing calls and emails. You understand how sales and marketing work together.</li> <li>An appreciation for collaboration.
