Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own projects. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring business requirements are being met or exceeded. You will oversee and ensure adherence to timelines, budget and resourcing.</li> <li>Communicate. You will provide regular status updates to clients, attend weekly touch points and participate in forecast meetings.</li> <li>Drive implementation. You will be a hands-on resource and project leader through the full lifecycle of the solution from design to implementation. You will: <ul> <li>Gather and define business requirements by interacting with project stakeholders.</li> <li>Lead or assist with the solution design, data modeling and warehousing using best practices.</li> <li>Be a hands-on SME working on the build, test and deployment activities.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Contribute and collaborate. You will support the growth of our department through leadership, teaching, publishing training content and one-to-one coaching of team members.</li> <li>Nurture. You will reinforce our belief in face-to-face relationship building, travelling up to 20% of the time to client sites. You will manage and foster strong client relationships, providing support to project kickoffs and ongoing implementations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you will bring to the team and&nbsp;</strong><strong>Obero</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project implementation and lead expertise. You have 2+ years leading SPM/CPM/BI solution implementation experience. You have successfully managed multiple client engagements.</li> <li>The technical skills. You have 5+ years of OLAP or relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) experience. You have proven hands-on ability to build dimensions, cubes, ETL process and write complex SQL queries. You are an Excel expert. Previous experience with SPM/CPM solutions is an asset.</li> <li>The personality. You are ambitious, innovative and collaborative. You are consultative by nature.</li> <li>People management skills. You are passionate about mentoring and growing people and teams.</li> <li>The relationship building focus. You have exceptional written and oral communication skills. You are willing and able to travel across Canada and the US to work with our clients.</li> <li>The education.
