Overview: <p>Octagon Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to oversee a new value-add program for clients in the engineering, procurement, and construction industry. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive millions of dollars in green energy tax credits through efficient application processes and compliance with contractual and legal requirements. This role requires a diverse skill set, including HR, accounting, and government affairs expertise and shared services leadership experience. You will be responsible for monitoring audits, controls, and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in setting up controls and undergoing audits and knowledge of prevailing wage regulations. The Program Manager will oversee and monitor all job sites and changes to minimum wage requirements, providing guidance and defining processes to ensure compliance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Developing and implementing a shared service model to increase efficiency and reduce costs across departments and business units</li> <li>Reviewing and redesigning transactional processes to improve workflow and eliminate redundancies</li> <li>Coordinating enhancements to administrative services such as recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and learning and development</li> <li>Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Managing relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery of services</li> <li>Developing and tracking key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the shared service program</li> <li>Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices</li> <li>Leading and managing teams to ensure high levels of engagement, productivity, and performance.</li> <li>Set up controls and undergo audits as required.&nbsp;Monitor compliance with contractual and legal requirements.</li> <li>Define processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with prevailing wage regulations.&nbsp;Monitor all job sites and changes to minimum wage requirements.</li> <li>Track and report on progress of the program.&nbsp;Work independently and make informed decisions based on limited guidance.</li> </ul>
