Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users.</li> <li>Maintain computer systems and perform regular updates and backups.</li> <li>Monitor system performance and ensure the security of computer systems.</li> <li>Set up user accounts and manage access control.</li> <li>Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.</li> <li>Provide training and support to end-users on how to use computer systems and software.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>At least two years of experience in a technical support role.</li> <li>Cable management, hardware procurement, and support for iPhones, among other tasks.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.</li> <li>Basic networking knowledge is a plus.</li> </ul>
