Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide the highest level of customer service.</li> <li>Use advanced troubleshooting skills to determine the root cause of issues.</li> <li>Use excellent communication skills to describe issues and set expectations with customers.</li> <li>Demonstrate attention to detail and follow through on projects and requests.</li> <li>Support, train, and augment other team members and their skills.</li> <li>Work with the helpdesk ticketing system and review open tickets daily.</li> <li>Respond timely to emails, phone, and other requests from customers and team members.</li> <li>Laptop and Desktop support &ndash; support a wide range of hardware and software.</li> <li>Mobile device support for Apple and Android devices.</li> <li>Set up, deploy, and manage Windows computers and software.</li> <li>Microsoft Office 365 support.</li> <li>SharePoint and OneDrive file sharing and sync support.</li> <li>Troubleshoot basic network problems.</li> <li>Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned.</li> <li>Basic configuration of routers, switches, and access points.</li> <li>Experience with mobile broadband internet solutions.</li> <li>Proactive troubleshooting with regard to networking monitoring.</li> <li>Knowledgeable in SDWAN, Radius authentication, and Dynamic VPN setup.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and operating, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.</li> <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li> <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li> </ul>
