Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set up equipment following proper setup procedures</li> <li>Perform major repairs and adjustments</li> <li>Verify and maintain tooling conditions and complete computer transactions</li> <li>Monitor tooling usage and make recommendations for min/max levels</li> <li>Monitor, process, and receive internal tooling requirements</li> <li>Comply to Company Policies and Procedures including</li> <li>5S and prevent impact to the environment</li> <li>Maintain Equipment by performing scheduled PM&rsquo;s</li> <li>Perform major conversions of press lines and repairs of mechanical equipment</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Assembly Skills, Attention to Detail Skills, Inspection Skills, Math Sills, Reading Comprehension Skills,</li><li>Mechanically inclined</li><li>High school Diploma/GED</li><li>College diploma in a technical field</li><li>Minimum 3 years related experience in automotive parts manufacturing environment, preferably metal parts</li></ul>
