Overview: Oetiker, Inc was stablished in 1981 in Marlette, MI. Clamp production got underway that same year to service the automotive and industrial applications markets in North America. In 1997, Oetiker built a brand new 70,071 square foot Clamping Technology Center across the street from the original facility, which accomodates both the production and administration operations. Oetiker continues to develop and grow as the Group expands product offerings to provide customers with high-quality engineered connecting solutions.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible&nbsp;for the execution of the overall strategic direction within&nbsp;region for Sales Administration&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead, collaborate,&nbsp;and&nbsp;execute regional projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for creating, review/or revising regional procedures/process in&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;to&nbsp;IATF16949</li> <li>Manage regional Sales Administration staff functions&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop, define and implement measurable KPI for team (i.e. RFQ&rsquo;s, won/lost business and updates) and monitor team&rsquo;s performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>College Diploma or University Degree in a Business related discipline</li><li>​5-7 years administrative experience in a related environment </li><li> Strong leadership, conflict resolution, communication and organizational skills </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge and 5-7 years of experience in the Automotive Industry </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li></ul>
