Overview: Oetiker, Inc was established in 1981 in Marlette, MI. Clamp production got underway that same year to service the automotive and industrial applications markets in North America. In 1997, Oetiker built a brand new 70,071 square foot Clamping Technology Center across the street from the original facility, which accommodates both the production and administration operations.
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Start up, operate and shut down production presses.</li><li>Maintain oil levels on machines.</li><li>Change steel coils as needed.</li><li>Maintain weld process.</li><li>Maintain all production documentation.</li><li>Package product as required.</li><li>Measure parts to print specifications.</li><li>Gauge parts to engineering specifications.</li><li>Conduct quality visual inspection of finished parts.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent</li><li>Prior manufacturing experience preferred</li><li> Attention to detail skills</li><li>Inspection skills</li></ul>
