Overview: Lead, prioritize and direct production staff on all primary operations and applicable job functions to maximize production and team effectiveness.

Requirements: <ul> <li>College diploma, preferably&nbsp;in a&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;field&nbsp;</li> <li>Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP)&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;2-4&nbsp;years&nbsp;supervisory&nbsp;experience in&nbsp;automotive manufacturing&nbsp;or&nbsp;high volume&nbsp;manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;IATF 16949&nbsp;</li> </ul>
