Responsibilities: Responsible to produce and oversee all Production Schedules and plans for ONY-Machining based upstream demand.Essential Functions<ul><li>Organizes production schedules and reports for parts to be manufactured. Utilizes MRP as well as other system reports necessary to make proper decisions.</li><li>Works with Manufacturing to create finite schedules and follows up to ensure production dates are met.</li><li>Monitors daily production performance and adjusts schedules accordingly</li><li>Ensures compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Uses ERP system and other tools to monitor and update the Production Schedules as necessary to meet Planning Demands.</li><li>Coordinates the execution of the production schedule with all cross-functional team members</li><li>Prepares daily shift schedules which will ensure master Production Schedule is met</li><li>Prepares information based on current production requirements for use in forecasting and establishing optimal inventory levels.</li><li>Assists production management in creating actionable solutions when peaks in demand put level loading at risk- includes labor hour and machine hour requirements.</li></ul>
