Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop, implement, audit and maintain the business management system in accordance to applicable standards (eg. ISO 9001, IAFT 16949, ISO 14001) and customer requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain Company documentation</li><li>Lead teams through utilization of a systemic approach to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and implement improvement opportunities of the products, processes and business management system.</li><li>Liaise with Customers to support Customer and Company requirements.</li><li>Liaise with Suppliers to support Company requirements and develop suppliers to improve performance.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>University degree or technical diploma in a related field preferred.</li> <li>Preference to formal Quality education and ASQ certifications such as CQE, CSSGB, CQA.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years in a Quality Engineering or similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience dealing directly with customers.</li> <li>Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven competency in the use of the 7 basic Quality Tools and the AIAG Core Tools</li> <li>Knowledge of metrology (advanced)</li> <li>Able to effectively prepare and conduct product and process audits (internal and supplier) to applicable standards and report audit results.</li> </ul>
