Optimizes the safety, reliability, and productivity of production machinery &amp; equipment primarily through planned maintenance, repair, and improvements.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Proactively uses mechanical, electrical, and effective communication skills for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of machinery &amp; equipment</li> <li>Performs planned machinery &amp; equipment maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and productive operation</li> <li>Troubleshoots problems/failures of automated machinery &amp; equipment and initiates the repair</li> <li>Uses powered hand tools, precision measuring devices, non-CNC machining, and welding equipment (under qualified supervision) to fabricate parts for the maintenance &amp; reliability of machinery &amp; equipment</li> <li>Performs other&nbsp;maintenance &amp; reliability activities as needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <section id="st-qualifications" class="job-section"> <div class="wysiwyg"> <p><strong>Required</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>1-2 years maintenance or other related technical field</li> <li>Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and operation of automated equipment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Forklift and scissor lift certifications</li> <li>Welding and machinery experience</li> <li>Additional education and experience</li> </ul> </div> </section> <section id="st-additionalInformation" class="job-section"> <div> <h4 class="title">Additional Information</h4> </div> <p><strong>Hours:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is a 2nd Shift (Evenings) full-time position with&nbsp;regular hours starting at 2:00pm and ending at 10:00pm, M-F (40 hours/week).</li> </ul> </section>
