Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Responsible for qualifying, nurturing and converting leads into lifelong customers.</li> <li>Conduct prospecting, opportunity generation, and relationship management.</li> <li>Leverages sales tools like Sales Navigator to develop prospecting and market research.</li> <li>Expand professional network through social selling and supporting tradeshows.</li> <li>Support marketing and CX initiatives through outbound call and email campaigns.</li> <li>Educate customers on Oetiker&rsquo;s full product portfolio and steer them towards the right solution.</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with customers and introduce appropriate stakeholders.</li> <li>Prepare sales reports and sales analysis.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /><strong>Education:<br /><br /></strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor-level degree in engineering, business management, entrepreneurship, or other fields supplemented with relevant technical experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br /><br />Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1 &ndash; 2 years sales experience</li> <li>Exposure to technical sales in Industrial Applications<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Predominant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of sales prospecting, processes, and principles.</li> <li>Knowledge of internal support processes and customer relationship management.</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of Oetiker products, applications, and assembly solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to build lasting business relationships.</li> <li>Hunger and ability to learn.</li> <li>Mechanical and commercial aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.</li> <li>Experience in Industrial Applications Industries.</li> </ul>
