Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Responsible for meeting activities to meet the requirements of safety, quality and production in a manufacturing environment across 3 shifts.</li> <li>Establish and support a culture of Safety First, Zero Defects and Continuous Improvement (OPS)</li> <li>Uphold and lead by example Oetiker Values and Code of Conduct</li> <li>Develop objectives and plans taking into account budgets, capacity and resources</li> <li>Drive corrective actions when performance objectives are not met</li> <li>Work jointly with other functions to ensure smooth operations</li> </ul>
