Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>By utilizing OPS and L2L Team board, will monitor daily production using L2L, quality output and follow up on excessive downtime and initiate course of action.</li> <li>Schedule daily production, allocate resources as required, ensure vacation coverage and control of overtime activity.</li> <li>Conduct department employee meetings at the start of shift and participate in Gemba walks.</li> <li>Provide timely feedback to enhance performance and create a positive work environment for the employees.</li> <li>Provide feedback and recommendations regarding training or coaching of personnel.</li> <li>Complete Team Leader, 5S and verification audits.</li> <li>Collect and reconcile work orders.</li> <li>Monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure completion</li> <li>Follow and Enforce compliance with all Health &amp; Safety, Environmental, Legal, Quality, and Oetiker policies and procedures.</li> <li>Responsible for leading and implementing OPS improvements.</li> </ul>
