Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Leads a key account sales team, driving customer relationship strategy, and growth in the share of wallet for key customers.</li> <li>Collaborates with application core teams and key account managers to achieve increased share with OEMs and to maximize leverage opportunities with OEMs&nbsp;</li> <li>Implements a global standard for measuring and growing automotive OEM share of wallet</li> <li>Develops and reviews the key accounts and market share across all automotive application portfolios with the OEM.</li> <li>Leads development, consolidation, and alignment of key commercial strategies with the key account sales team.</li> <li>Ensures management of key account requirements and customer relationships including coordinating internal resources, as necessary, aligning relationships cross-functionally and along the development cycle with the customers.</li> <li>Ensures defined sales targets are achieved.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <section id="st-qualifications" class="job-section"> <div class="wysiwyg"> <ul> <li>Experience working with automotive OEM executives in a cross-regional, global environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of the automotive vehicle and component development cycle</li> <li>Experience functioning in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 level of automotive supply chain</li> <li>Methodical knowledge of screening and mapping customer insights with internal stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>Market and technical knowledge/aptitude within the automotive market, including OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 level experience</li> <li>Ability to effectively lead teams and develop team members&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work with key stakeholders and global accounts</li> <li>Proficient in management processes, including the use of sales pipelines to drive sales target achievements</li> <li>Ability to effectively work with multiple cultures</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)</li> <li>Ability to build lasting business relationships</li> <li>Ability to influence others to achieve business objectives</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Knowledge of support processes, quality management systems/principles, operational excellence, logistics, and how to apply them</li> <li>Experience in SalesForce application and commercial data management</li> <li>Ability to manage basic legal and general commercial terms as well as international business practices</li> <li>Understanding of financial principles, including revenue, profit margins, and how to drive growth</li> <li>Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Engineering or Business Administration</li> <li>Minimum 5 years experience in a key account sales role in the automotive industry</li> <li>5+ years experience in a leadership role</li> <li>Experience managing in cross-functional environments</li> <li>Experience managing positive change/growth in a particular area</li> </ul> </div> </section> <section id="st-additionalInformation" class="job-section"> <div> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg"> <p>Oetiker, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.</p> </div> </section>
