Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Performs the company&rsquo;s receiving inspection process.</li> <li>Performs activities related to non-conforming materials.</li> <li>Issues and manages Supplier Corrective Action Reports.</li> <li>Issues and manages Returned Goods Authorizations.</li> <li>Ensures in-process inspection requirements are followed.</li> <li>Assists production personnel with identifying, documenting, and resolving product quality issues.</li> <li>Performs final inspection of finished product.</li> <li>Verifies/calibrates gauges and tracks calibration schedule for all measuring systems (planning, execution, documentation).</li> <li>Supports testing procedures to ensure all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, and protocols.</li> <li>Escalates non-conforming product to relevant function, as necessary.</li> <li>Assists in investigating production issues and developing solutions to improve operations, productivity, quality, and safety.</li> <li>Actively participates in production meetings with the manufacturing team.</li> <li>Member of the company facility safety team.</li> <li>Performs other duties as required.</li> </ul>
