Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manages one or more key accounts.</li> <li>Assumes global responsibility for the assigned key accounts.</li> <li>Defines strategy for assigned key accounts.</li> <li>Defines long-term growth target by application per key account.</li> <li>Defines budgeting targets for key accounts.</li> <li>Develops business at key accounts according to targets.</li> <li>Drives activities to serve the needs of key accounts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manages key account projects/programs.</li> <li>Manages key account contracts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Quick connector sales only: Responsible for regionally assigned quick connector accounts.</li> <li>Methodical knowledge of screening and mapping customer insights to internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Market and technical knowledge/aptitude within the respective application portfolio.</li> <li>Ability to lead projects.</li> <li>Ability to handle strategic topics.</li> <li>Ability to effectively work with multiple cultures.</li> <li>Proficient in management processes including the use of sales pipelines.</li> <li>Profound understanding of Oetiker products/applications/assembly solutions.</li> <li>Proven ability to learn.</li> <li>Mechanical aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to work with key stakeholders and global accounts.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).</li> <li>Ability to build lasting business relationships.</li> <li>Ability to influence others to achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Knowledge of support processes, quality management systems/principles, intellectual property, and how to apply them.</li> <li>Ability to manage basic legal and general commercial terms as well as international business practices.</li> <li>Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.</li> </ul>
