Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate control procedures.</li> <li>Perform pre-period close reviews.</li> <li>Open/close general ledger modules, as necessary.</li> <li>Process electronic bank statements.</li> <li>Post journal entries.</li> <li>Post bad-debt provisions.</li> <li>Manage inventory valuation bookings.</li> <li>Manage asset depreciation.</li> <li>Manage FX currency revaluations.</li> <li>Manage tax payables/expenses.</li> <li>Prepare and review financial statements.</li> <li>Close previous accounting periods in the general ledger.</li> <li>Complete all post-closing activities.</li> <li>Complete year-end general ledger closing activities.</li> <li>Perform general ledger asset management activities, as necessary.</li> <li>Retained finance activities.</li> </ul>
