Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient 2nd Shift Press Operator at our manufacturing facility in Marlette, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial presses during the second shift, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce high-quality parts and components.</li> <li>Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.</li> <li>Perform regular quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet specifications.</li> <li>Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.</li> <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li> <li>Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of production output and material usage.</li> </ul>
