Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities: The HSE Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization&rsquo;s Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. It drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a strong safety culture, zero-accident mindset in the organization.<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.</li> <li>Maintains all required permits, records, and reporting in a timely manner.</li> <li>Lead Audits (Internal &amp; External) and respond to non-conformances identified.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, procedures, and standards.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and change management.</li> <li>Communicates and ensures awareness of any hazards in workplace with all employees.</li> <li>Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis.</li> <li>Coordinate and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors.</li> <li>Contractor Management.</li> <li>Ensure continuous education regarding safety practices.</li> <li>Drive programs that build a proactive safety culture.</li> <li>Lead Safety Team Committee Meetings.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report monthly on safety &amp; sustainability metrics.</li> <li>Lead Emergency Response planning and drills.</li> <li>Support / ensure emergency equipment is maintained.</li> <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding workplace injuries/accidents.</li> <li>Key contact for Insurance Company and employees on Workers Compensation cases.</li> <li>Schedules annual audio testing, tracks, and reports as needed any recordables.</li> <li>Responsible for HSE supply and inventory.</li> <li>Monitor and manage environmental aspects.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with waste handling, storage, and disposal.</li> <li>HSE Visual Sign Management through facilities.</li> </ul>
