Responsibilities: <p>Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting.<br />&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <strong><u>Essential Functions<br /></u></strong><u><br /></u> <ul> <li>CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT.</li> <li>Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes.</li> <li>Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.).</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams.</li> <li>Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
