Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Operator at our manufacturing facility in Marlette, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial presses, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce high-quality parts and components.</li> <li>Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.</li> <li>Perform regular quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet specifications.</li> <li>Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.</li> <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li> <li>Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of production output and material usage.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Previous experience as a press operator preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in operating industrial presses and related equipment.</li> <li>Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li> <li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Willingness to work second shift or third shift&nbsp;hours.</li> <li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.</li> </ul>
