Overview: <h2><strong>The opportunity</strong></h2> <p dir="LTR">We are adding a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Investment Lifecycle to our Investment and Financial Operations division. In this role, you will build strong business relationships with clients and senior leaders across the organization. You will lead the execution and delivery of diverse technical projects; establishing cooperation and alignment between cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on effective strategic planning, obtaining client satisfaction, and achieving business goals. This is an opportunity to define solutions, collaborate on technical and business strategies, and to join a group of seasoned, industry experts.</p> <p dir="DEFAULT"><strong>Who you'll work with</strong></p> <p dir="LTR">Reporting to the Director, Client Relationship Management, Investment Lifecycle you will be part of a small, dynamic team with a breadth of technical knowledge and business expertise. Together, you will own a portfolio of clients and initiatives while collaborating with your team to leverage collective strengths and expertise. You will oversee the work of teams in project delivery, information technology, business analysis &amp; quality assurance; driving focus and high-quality deliverables. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs; developing solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes enabled by technology.</p>
Responsibilities: <h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2> <p dir="DEFAULT"><strong><u>Strategy.</u></strong> You will:</p> <ul> <li>Establish action plans to enhance the partnerships with internal divisions</li> <li>Evaluate the benefits, costs, and risks associated with the delivery of IT solutions and services</li> <li>Consider and incorporate future anticipated organizational needs into new and existing strategies</li> <li>Define delivery approaches to execute technology strategy, including release strategy, minimum viable product definition, team structure, and performance metrics.</li> </ul> <p dir="DEFAULT"><strong><u>Delivery Oversight.</u></strong> You will:</p> <ul> <li>Prioritize and focus delivery teams on business value and outcomes</li> <li>Oversee initiatives that align with your client portfolio</li> <li>Be a source of business and technical guidance to delivery teams</li> <li>Anticipate delivery risks and potential business outcomes; implementing protocols to mitigate risk</li> <li>Ensure responsive and &lsquo;right touch&rsquo; communication with clients during delivery including priorities, decisions, change impacts, challenges, etc.</li> </ul> <p dir="DEFAULT">&nbsp;<strong><u>Client Engagement. </u></strong>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, <span class="WL21">challenges/opportunities,</span> as well as which technology strategy will deliver optimal value.</li> <li>Meet with clients regularly; providing them with meaningful information on active work and discuss new/emerging opportunities</li> <li>Be the point of contact for any client issues and requests; accommodating their needs quickly</li> <li>Communicate with clients in a manner that&rsquo;s poised and professional</li> </ul>
Requirements: <h2><strong>What you'll need</strong></h2> <ul> <li>The knowledge. You have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Business or Finance. You have a deep knowledge of capital markets and investments as well as some exposure to technology systems. Ideally, you are in the process of or have achieved your CFA Level 1.</li> <li>The experience. You have 10+ years of experience in capital markets and/or asset management at a major financial institution or consulting firm. You have 8+ years of experience leading the implementation of complex technology solutions at the enterprise level; you have demonstrated success directing projects across multiple product lines and business units.</li> <li>The initiative. You&rsquo;re an outcomes-focused self-starter willing to do what it takes to achieve business goals and meet client needs. You&rsquo;re a continuous learner who&rsquo;s constantly looking for new ways to develop your skillset.</li> <li>The people skills. An outstanding written and verbal communicator, you excel when working with others. You effectively articulate your point and always meet the needs of your clients.
