Part Time - Full Time

$18 – 20 per hour

Overview: We are looking for a professional to join our client services team in Traverse City. Be a part of a dynamic team interfacing with all sides of the business: investments, clients and operations. The ideal candidate would be passionate about helping others, is self-motivated and believes strongly in providing exceptional client service. This is an opening best suited for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule of 25 &ndash; 30 hours a week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist team with daily tasks, including scheduling, preparing correspondence and providing customer service.</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate new account openings.</li> <li>Effectively and professionally communicate with clients over the phone.</li> <li>Conduct client service functions, including client account maintenance, service request responses, investment administration support, and process client deposits and withdrawals.</li> <li>Uphold client confidentiality.</li> <li>Maintain CRM system and client meeting notes.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple assigned projects and meet appropriate deadlines.</li> <li>Scanning, filing, organizing, and cleaning of office space.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills with ability to independently construct necessary PowerPoints and excel spreadsheets.</li> <li>Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Exposure to operational matters and project management.</li> <li>Work independently, effectively and efficiently.</li> <li>Highly self-motivated, with the ability to assess a situation and find a pragmatic, operationally feasible and efficient solution.</li> <li>You are well organized, eager to learn and a good team player.</li> </ul>
