Reporting to the Client Support Lead, the technical trainer will collaborate with all areas of the organization to identify, develop and deliver new and relevant training programs on an ongoing basis.</p> <p><strong>Who are you?</strong></p> <p>You are a Technical Trainer with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Experienced in online training and client support best practices, you are able to learn new technologies and explain complex topics in an understandable and engaging manner.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What will you work on?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers and other stakeholders, to improve or identify and develop curriculum, methodologies and training plans that are in harmony with the product roadmap and overall company vision</li> <li>Design impactful and concise training tools and materials including independent learning content such as recorded tutorials, online interactive learning programs for the learning library</li> <li>Identify innovative approaches to eLearning and online support processes to be industry competitive in delivery methods and learning content.</li> <li>Provide feedback and coaching to engage teams in a continuous learning culture</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>&nbsp;Here&rsquo;s what you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience.</strong> 5-7 years of experience delivering successful training initiatives including facilitation/presentation, design and development of training courses, online training, and training curriculum planning and training delivery</li> <li><strong>Credentials.</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a major in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science or equivalent</li> <li><strong>An analytical mindset.</strong> Ability to quickly understand and analyze various approaches and processes instantly and drill down to the details, obtaining the right level of specificity for each audience</li> <li><strong>A team-oriented personality</strong>. Commitment to influence those around you to do better.</li> <li><strong>A relationship building focus.</strong> Ability to successfully work with clients (internal and external) to listen and satisfy their needs by finding answers and innovate solutions</li> <li><strong>A winning communication style.</strong> Concise, on point and effective.
