Overview: <p>The Sr IT Manager leads the global delivery, configuration and development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies to satisfy business needs and provide the best IT solutions across all business units within the company. This role plays a key part in the evaluation, scoping/sizing, resourcing and resolution of business issues and/or enhancements.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Works on abstract problems across all functional areas within IT.</li> <li>Provides leadership and directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.</li> <li>Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.</li> <li>Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.</li> <li>Communicates and translates vision/strategy to staff.</li> <li>Responsible for functional and business goals for the group in alignment with operational plan.</li> <li>Addresses problems across functional areas of the business.</li> <li>Responsible for effectively meeting budgetary goals and objectives.</li> <li>Prepares and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff.</li> <li>May develop an external presence through publication or speaking engagements.</li> <li>Translates business plans into objectives for a department or work area.</li> <li>May influence, develop, and initiate new or revised procedures, programs, and initiatives.</li> <li>Conducts solid stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience.</li> <li>3-6 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform preferred.</li> <li>3-6 years of leadership experience.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve complex IT issues.</li> <li>Knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within IT.</li> <li>Proven ability to guide, motivate, and manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines.</li> <li>Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive budgeting process.</li> <li>Leadership Qualities of Accountability, Integrity, Respect, Speed, Stretch, Vision and Boundarylessness.</li> </ul>
